Each of the team members has specific responsibilities, but are all crossed trained and willing to assist where needed.
Ms. Cheryl Pieretti, founder, President and CEO oversees the daily operation of the company and supervises all MRO, TPA and background services. In addition, she is a certified Urine Drug Collector and has expertise in Breath Alcohol testing. Ms. Pieretti puts a strong emphasis on customer service and guides her team in providing our clients with the best individualized attention and service that will meet the unique needs of each company.
Dr. Martin Pieretti, D.O., MPH, CIME, MRO is co-founder and Vice President, physician/MRO physician and MRO staff consultant. Dr. Pieretti is a Certified Medical Review Officer, Board Certified in Occupational & Environmental Medicine as well as Emergency Medicine. With over 28 years of medical and clinical experience, Dr. Pieretti actually knows what happens in occupational clinics and emergency departments, which translates into a more comprehensive and effective investigative approach in results reporting.
Dr. Brian Shinkle, D.O., MRO is physician/MRO physician and MRO staff consultant. Dr. Shinkle has over 7 years of medical and clinical experience and is dedicated to providing the most thorough investigation of drug testing results.
Secure Results professional and technical team consists of our MRO assistants, compliance officer, background check team, sales and marketing staff and certified collectors. Our highly trained technical staff receive, interpret, verify and report out drug test results utilizing the most secure technology available in the drug testing industry (Drs. Pieretti and Shinkle review and report on all positive test results utilizing the most thorough and comprehensive investigative approach). Our Compliance Officer oversees our random drug test program and is an expert on all DOT and non-DOT regulations. Our thorough background check team will bundle and package any combination of checks to meet the individual needs of our clients. The marketing and sales team is dedicated to providing unmatched customer service and will personalize and package our products and services to meet the needs of each client.
