The House of Representatives passed an amendment recently to the FY 2015 Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations bill that prohibits the Department of Justice from using any funds in states that have passed medical marijuana initiatives.

The Office of Management and Budget has approved the 2014 Federal Custody and Control Form. The 2014 Federal CCF may be used as a paper form or electronic form for HHS testing, but only as a paper form for DOT testing.
